A personal trainer or fitness coach is an individual with a varying degree of general fitness knowledge and instruction. They motivate clients by helping them set goals and provide feedback. TRAINING PROGRAMS

Our personal training philosophy uses various forms of training principles to creatively help a person achieve their fitness goals. Those principles include, but are not limited to, strength training exercises, aerobics and aerobic conditioning and training, free weight training, resistance training, circuit training, cardiovascular exercise and training, power lifting, HIT training, boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, circuit machinery, plyometrics, calisthenics and anaerobic training.

EVALUATION & TESTING

The greatest form of motivation is results! At CK Fitness, we have an extensive evaluation process. Those evaluations include testing of the cardio vascular system, muscle strength, endurance, body fat, body weight, and flexibility.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

No mater what your fitness goal is, proper nutrition is extremely important in achieving goal! We provide an assessment that analyzes a client’s needs in regard to diet and exercise. We offer meal plans, food list, food tracking logs and monthly
food choice counseling.

CARDIO COMBAT

For those that want advanced cardio, Cardio Combat is fast paced, highly energetic cardio blitz. It is designed for the cardio enthusiast who enjoys the empowerment of martial arts, but doesn’t want the actual combat. It will tone up your mental and physical being and push you past your “Comfort Zone.”
